What payment processing fees apply?
Stripe charges 1.4% + 20p per transaction for UK cards. We add a small 0.6% platform fee, bringing the total to 2.0% + 20p — significantly lower than competitors who charge 3–5%.
Can I switch plans as my agency grows?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
Do my tutors need to pay for anything?
No. Tutor accounts are included in your plan. Tutors get their own dashboard to manage their schedule, mark lessons complete, and view payslips at no extra cost.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Full access to all features on your chosen plan for 14 days. Add your card at signup — you won’t be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during your trial.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're GDPR compliant, and your agency's data is completely isolated from other agencies on the platform. We never share or sell your data.
Can parents pay by bank transfer instead of Stripe?
Yes. You can mark invoices as paid manually for parents who prefer bank transfer or cash. Stripe is optional but recommended for the automated experience.
Can I run group lessons?
Yes. From the Small Agency plan upwards, you can create group lessons with configurable capacity, pricing, and tutor pay. Parents can browse available groups and request to join. The system handles waitlisting, trial sessions, and automated follow-ups.
What billing options are available?
Every plan includes three billing models: pay-in-advance (collect before lessons happen), end-of-month invoicing, or weekly billing. You choose one model for your agency in settings. Late payment reminders are automatic.
Do you support sibling discounts?
Yes. You can set a global sibling discount percentage in settings, or apply ad-hoc discounts to individual parents. Parents with multiple children see a single consolidated invoice with a breakdown per child.
